• Booking data: name, e-mail, phone number, country, number of guests, dates of stay, notes and selected extras.
• Payment data: amount, method and status. Card details are processed only by the payment processor – we never see or store them.
• Contact messages: the data you send through the contact form.
• Reviews: the name, country and text of reviews you publish.

Why we use it

• To carry out your booking and stay (performance of a contract).
• To communicate about your booking – confirmations, reminders and a review request.
• To meet legal obligations such as guest registration and accounting.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data or share it for marketing. We share it only with service providers needed to run the website and bookings (hosting, database, e-mail and the payment processor), and with authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Booking data is kept as long as needed for the booking and legal obligations (accounting); contact messages for at most two years.
